Terms and Conditions

• Telephone registrations cannot be accepted.
• All applications must be accompanied by full payment of fees
and all relevant documents and information. Incomplete registrations
cannot be processed.
• A receipt for all fees paid will be issued on demand when you check in on site.
• Registrations received after October 23, 2007 will not be processed until commencement
of on-site registration. Registrations
after October 23, 2007 should be done on site.
Payment Options
Registrations sent by fax or electronically must list a valid VISA number. Registrations sent by mail should include full payment by credit card, cheque, or money order in Canadian funds.
On-site registrants can also pay in cash (Canadian funds only) and by
Visa credit card or a cheque. Calculations will be checked and corrected where possible. A $25 administration fee will be added in cases of insufficient funds or invalid credit
card numbers. Cheques should be made out to Association for Canadian Studies.
Refunds: Cancellations will be accepted until October 23, 2007, subject
to a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be possible following this date.
On-site Registration and Check-in
The Registration desk will be located near the rooms and open as follows:
Friday 7:30am - 5pm
Saturday 7:30am - 5pm
Sunday 8am - 12pm
All delegates will receive a Congress kit, an itemized receipt if needed and
special event tickets (if applicable).
